  • prismribbons reserves the right to submit order details, delivery confirmation, communication records, and policy references as evidence.
  • Orders marked as delivered by the courier partner shall be treated as successfully fulfilled.
  • Chargebacks raised due to delivery delays, change of mind, or misunderstanding of product details do not qualify as valid disputes.

Any chargeback or dispute found to be fraudulent or raised in violation of our policies may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.
