1. No Returns

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and prevent resale of used, damaged, or tampered products.
  • Once delivered, products are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges (Limited Cases Only)

  • Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
  • Damaged items received
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items in the order
  • No other reasons will be accepted.

3. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory, showing:
  • The sealed package
  • Shipping label clearly visible
  • Continuous, unedited unboxing process
  • Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.
  • Delayed claims beyond 48 hours may still be reviewed but are not guaranteed approval and may require additional verification time.

4. Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

  • Refunds are not standard practice and are processed only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Prismribbons.
  • Prismribbons reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on policy compliance and evidence provided.

5. Color Disclaimer

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or production batches.
  • Color variation is not considered a defect.
  • Color preference or subjective opinion will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange or refund.
  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers must ensure accurate and complete order details at the time of purchase.
  • Prismribbons is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect order placement, incomplete information, or failure to follow reporting guidelines.

7. Customer Agreement

  • By completing a purchase with Prismribbons, customers agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
  • This policy applies alongside our Shipping policies.
