  • We currently ship all our products across India, covering both metro cities and non-metro locations.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched the next business day.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
  • In certain cases, delivery timelines may extend due to operational or courier-related constraints.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹1,999.
  • Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,999 and above.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an whatsapp/email notification with the tracking details.
  • You can track your order anytime through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Packaging Standards

  • All products are packed securely to ensure they reach you in proper condition.
  • We follow standard packaging practices suitable for safe transit and bulk handling.

6. Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • High order volumes during peak periods
  • Courier or logistical issues

We work with our delivery partners to minimize delays.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
  • Prismribbons is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses or contact information.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
